BMW advances on its goal to electrify its lineup with the debut of the 2024 i5. This midsize, all-electric sedan takes design cues from the gas-powered 5 Series sedan. A combination of crisp and smooth side accents and a confident, rolling roof establishes its eye-catching design. Across the i5's nose, you will find a black lower fascia that angles upward to support the kidney-style grille. This chrome-outlined grille has well-defined corners for an individualized, modern look. Premium LED headlights and triangular, black air intakes further accentuate the front end.
The 2024 i5's interior is stunning, with a clean, modern dashboard design and exceptional materials. The dashboard is styled with a horizontal light bar that runs horizontally through the center. The layered look is accompanied by a curved housing encompassing the driver's digital gauges and the infotainment system. Premium Alcantara leather covers the contoured and heated seats and the heated steering wheel. Other features in the all-new i5 include iDrive software, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, Air Console, a navigation system with voice recognition, a driver attention alert, hands-free driving with highway assist, active lane change assistance, and others.
