Service at the Brentwood location is so absurd though, I've considered trading my vehicle in and losing the cost of my extended maintenance plan just to not have to be subjected to Tanner on any further visits. He follows through on nothing, doesn't return calls, doesn't tell you when your vehicle is ready, and doesn't listen to the customer. I decided to try service at the pre-owned center on Armory Oaks and was pleasantly surprised with how great they were. Everyone was so friendly and helpful which is the exact opposite of the atmosphere in Brentwood. Chloe was my service advisor and I can't say enough good about her. She was thorough, she stayed in contact every step of the process, and did everything she could to be helpful. It was a complete 180 from what I've come to expect from BMW of Nashville and it's appreciated. Chloe is a breath of fresh air and a true asset to the company!

It was okay and the price was decent for the oil and oil filter change. However, the price for the air filter and especially the labor on the air filter was ridiculous. I could have changed that in about 2 minutes myself...I am disappointed that you take advantage of females like that!

My 2019 430i overheated due to a break in the coolant line. I call BMW and spoke to Amy who was excellent to check on my warranty and learned it was a recall issue and fully covered. I had my vehicle towed to BMW and my experience was great.

Never once was I pressured to buy anything and when I told him I wanted to go to another dealership and check out a similar vehicle, he understood and never once applied the "salesman pinch". I bought a car at the dealership. My wife and I got to the dealership at 6, looked at and test drove some cars, and was out the door with the car a little after 8. The whole process was very easy and smooth. My salesman, Basyir, was very helpful and professional. Also I really appreciated the fact that he did not pressure me or give me the run around. I typically hate going to car dealerships because you feel like they are scamming you or taking advantage of you. Not at this place. This dealership has a one time price that visibly lower than other dealerships. Because their prices are already so low, there is not much room to negotiate a lower price, which is better than negotiating for a price like other dealerships. Also the finance manager Mike was very nice. Due to the current economy cars are expensive right now. If you are looking for good quality cars that are priced lower than the market, I highly recommend you checking this place out.

I was there waiting for 2.5 hours service was okay when my x5 done they didn’t find my key for 15 minutes also have coupons send by BMW I show this guy was 50 off if you have over 400 dollars my bill was over 400 he give 10% discount come out 43 dollars but coupons show 50 dollars also oil change coupons was almost 60 dollars off still he not apply I am happy but some small things keep in mind make customer happy thanks everything

My service agent (Brad) is great, kind, take as much time as I need. Plus the Service manager, is always friendly, both are attentive, interested in my concerns and never rush me. They have a comfortable waiting area and keep me up to the minute as to what is going on and what to expect. If I were adopting I would adopt them both. Was greeted around 7:10am for a 7:30 am appointment. The Service Manager, Michael Tom my key and performed his activities before the Service Advisor took my car (2014 F30 328I)and finished the check-in process. The work was completed by approx 10:30am. I was kept up to date on their progress. I've had my BMW serviced there (purchased as a CPO) in 2015. Always have great service and recommend them to others. I'll be back next July.

Was able to drive in late in the day and have the work scheduled for the next day without an appointment. The tire was replaced along with balancing and alignment--service was completed in a timely, as promised in a quality manner.

Recently the GPS has new voice instructions using an address in New Jersey as the example. Since then the only states the GPS allows are Maine and Ohio. I live in Kentucky, and no Kentucky address is accepted. I explained this to the service technician and was advised that it could not be changed or corrected. I am very disappointed in a GPS that I used quite often.

I love the fact that they have valet service. The people in the service department, especially Grant, are very friendly and efficient. In my, opinion they have excellent customer service and I highly recommend them.

Great service department! A huge thank you to Michael and the technician who took great car of me and my car. I was on a cross country trip and while passing through Nashville Friday evening a coolant line broke and I lost all the fluid. I was at the dealership first thing Saturday morning and the team not only fixed the broken line, I was due a break flush so they took care of that and they did a once over on the car to make sure she was ready to finish the trip. Due to the rain and temperature change they check and changed my wiper blades and topped off the air in my tires. I was back on the road in less then 2 hours! Never thought I would be writing a positive review on a car dealership. I don't like spending any more time than is necessary to shop for something that I know what I want, but Chad helped make this experience quick and cordial. We had shopped online within a 250 mile radius, and they had by far the best deal on the exact car we were looking for. Had noticed a small area on front bumper before we test drove, they fixed at no extra cost and looked new. Also, Chad was diligent in replacing a SD card that was missing for the navigation system. Again at no extra cost. Have had car about a month now and love it Would definitely recommend.

A few weeks ago we were on a road trip hundreds of miles from home and had an issue with our car. BMW of Nashville squeezed us in right away on a Saturday to look at our car. Fortunately, it ended up being something very simple, which they took care of immediately and got us on our way. I wish I could remember the names of the two guys that I interacted with, but they were both really friendly and made it so we could continue our vacation without having to rent a car or get a hotel and lose a bunch of time and money. Much appreciated, and I would recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I visited BMW of Nashville @ the 100 Oaks location. Originally we were looking at a 2014 X3. Unfortunately, it was out of our price range and a few days later sold. Our client-advisor Kevin was awesome and kept in touch. I came back the next week after viewing a 2008 3-series in their inventory. Kevin was on vacation so a client-advisor named Mitchell assisted me. Mitchell was awesome and the car was great and in my price range. I invited my wife to look at the 2008 328i, but Unfortunately, another customer was looking at it. The customer didn't purchase it so she test drove it but unfortunately, she was not a fan of the rack and pinion steering from that year's model. Mitchell had an appointment to keep so he asked another client-advisor Mark to take care of us. Mark was just as great as Kevin and Mitchell. He took his time to show us other inventory in our range. My wife noticed a 428i and inquired. He gave us the run down and let us test drive it. I fell in love but she wasn't sure. She thought it was too fancy and the price was higher than the 2008 32i. She test drove it but unfortunately, she was not a fan of the rack and pinion steering from that year's model. I asked her to just drive the 428i around the corner and BAM! She was sold. It was late so we had to get it detailed the next day. Mark took his time with us and was honest. He handed us off to Kandie (Kandy) who finished the sale and even she was awesome. They gave us a good amount for our trade-in and we walked out with a 2015 BMW 428i. It did have a lot of miles but is in great condition. Mark is going to set us up with a BMW genius to go over the car. This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership. The first was a brand new 2011 Mini Cooper. Even though I have my car, I still look at their inventory, lol.

Overall great experience! Only took about an hour and I got a free wash! It'd be nice if they hand dried the car but thats no big deal. I'll be going back.

I was getting battery discharging notifications on my 2017 BMW M240i so I made an appointment with BMW of Nashville to look into the problem. When I arrived, I was quickly greeted by a service writer who made note of the problem and also asked if I had time to get the engine oil changed since it was due. I waited as the work was done and in less that two hours, I had a new battery, fresh oil, and a check of other fluids - all for free. I have bought several cars from BMW of Nashville and will do so again.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we drove away in our "new" car, Ryan was extremely competent, knowledgeable and, perhaps most importantly to me, she was able to easily also connect with our teenage daughter. She was readily available by phone or by text! Buying a first car is exciting but it can also be nerve wrecking. The whole experience was painless for us grown-ups and at the same time it was super exciting for our daughter. Also noteworthy, the price was fantastic - and the selection of great and like new looking used cars would have been overwhelming if our daughter hadn't had her heart set on that one certain car in particular - which is the one we bought . One last note, they were open on Sunday afternoon. A huge plus for working customers! Again, thank you!

My main concern was that whenever I started the car the range extender motor seemed to switch on judging from motor noice. The service people performed a multi point inspection, reprogrammed vehicle, tested faulty connections. When I drove my car home after the inspection I found out that the presumed noise of the range extender came instead from the fan circulating the air. On the freeway I switched on the air condition creating a high noice of the fan. I wonder that this was not detected during the service. Now I need to go back for another repair. Not good. The replacement of the rear tires was well done though. Also the interaction with the contact person at the desk was excellent.

I bought a 2017 Toyota Camry today with the help of Tim Bell and my experience was nothing short of 10/10. Tim gave me time to get acquainted with the car and really make sure I wanted it. I never felt rushed or pushed by him but he was always there when I had questions and he answered them honestly and knowledgeably. Kendra helped me through financing and again answered any questions I had and explained everything thoroughly. I had my older car serviced by BMW of Nashville for the first time since moving here. They have outstanding customer service in this department. I was continuously updated on the status of my repairs, and they finished the repairs earlier than estimated. Cost was quite in-line with expectations, and delivery when picking the car up was quite quick. I will use the service department for all repairs. It may be an older BMW, but it's MY baby. :-)

I had to get a recall done on my vehicle and dealer did great. The only negative thing I have is that service can sometimes be hard to get a hold of. Once I was able to get a hold of someone, I asked to update my account With a new vehicle. Once I got there, all the info in my account was incorrect. The Name, phone and address was incorrect and I basically took my vehicle into service as the previous owner. So if you guys can update my account that would be great.
